The membrane presses of VP series are optimal solution for woodworking and a furniture production from all types of wood.
The vacuum presses are equipped with heating system which allows reduce the time of drying glue and increase productivity of production. The heating temperature monitored and maintained automatically.
The membrane presses of VP series can be used for small capacities but also for professional using.
Area of applications
Veneering and laminating
Veneering and laminating of flat and curved surfaces.
Coating of simple profiles
Coating of simple profiles of veneer, leather, paper and plastic.
Wood bending
Gluing of 2D curved parts. Using multi layered method.
Construction
The sturdy welded construction with a removable feet’s.
Work table from 12mm HPL board.
Heating
Heating system with system of temperature control. The heating temperature can be set on the controller and is monitored and automatically maintained by the sensor. The maximum heating temperature is 60 degrees.
Membrane
Natural rubber membrane with a very high elasticity 700%, thickness 2,5mm.
Vacuum system
Becker oil free vacuum pump with capacity 25m3/h. Pump doesn’t require special maintenance and provides a pressure of -0.9 bar (9000) kg/m2. System of vacuum control and automatic pump stop. Pressure tank 15l.
Control unit
Control panel provides an easy and convenient press function control. Two position vacuum valve. Vacuum meter. Vacuum level relay. Turn On switch.
